3. Mindfulness and Body Awareness: Body-mind therapy often includes practices that enhance mindfulness and body awareness. This may involve paying attention to bodily sensations, tension, or breath.
4. Somatic Techniques: Dr. Stroud may guide you through somatic (body-centered) techniques, such as breathwork, movement, or gentle touch. These techniques aim to explore and release emotions stored in the body.
