It is rare, in a mindful life, that we don’t know what to do. It is common, however, that we are afraid to do it.

Acknowledge the fear.

Allow yourself to know.

Breathe.

The difference between fear and excitement is that with fear we hold our breath. With excitement, even though we experience the same physical sensations, we are able to breathe.

Listen to that inner voice, feel that unfamiliar feeling. Create your life. Make that call, grab that shovel. Walk through the door and ask for what you want. Leave a stifling relationship. Get married. Sit in that chair and write that book.
